The Cobratac Enhanced .308 Carbine Stock Buffer Kit Assembly includes all the parts you need to complete a mil-spec collapsible stock, less the stock. Note this kit will only work with mil-spec diameter stocks. Please check with the manufacturer of your stock if you are unsure if you have a mil-spec or commercial diameter stock.

Tube/Buffer Dimensions Don't Allow Bolt Catch to Engage
The tube and buffer assembly do not allow enough rearward bolt travel to allow the bolt catch to properly engage. It will occasionally catch on the front of the carrier, but disengages with the slightest bump. This is the first issue I've had with this type of setup. I have two other AR-10 rifles with AR-15 Carbine buffer tubes with no such issues.

Coating on the buffer tube
Coating on the buffer tube threads had to be brushed off for castle nut to thread correctly on this particular one. After that castle nut threaded fine.
