The Magpul QD Sling Swivel is a precision-machined steel push-button quick-detach swivel that mates with any 1.25" QD socket — including the Magpul RSA, MOE, and MS4 attachment points — providing the swivel end of a complete Magpul QD sling system. The rotational swivel head prevents the sling from twisting during transitions and around-the-body carries, maintaining a flat, untwisted sling that re-attaches quickly and cleanly under stress. The push-button release requires deliberate thumb pressure to detach, preventing accidental release during normal handling while allowing fast intentional removal in under a second. Heat-treated steel construction is rated for the full load of a rifle sling system in all weather conditions. At under 0.5 oz the swivel adds essentially no weight penalty, and the black finish maintains low visual signature. This is the swivel to pair with the Magpul RSA for a complete push-button QD solution.
