Doesn't exactly fit mil spec had to dremel The lowerfor it to fit and lay flat. Very minimal modification buy still had to dremel the lower none the less but the QD functions as it should have had 0 issues with it.

I ordered 3 of these, two were so misshapen that they would not fit any gun. On inspection you could tell the product was incorrectly made. I wish the vendor would have taken a closer look at these before sending them out to me.

was kind of concerned from the other review, but i figured they fixed it and the photo looks good! fits perfect no issues tried them on several lowers and buffer rubes all work great these are my go to for my builds!! The discount in cart is always really awesome

in order for me to get this to fit on a standard mil spec upper and tube, I had to completely grind off the alignment nub and then grind off some of the lower material around the nub area in order to get the sling groove to line up with the upper indention hole... Ok, so maybe I don't have all the right terminology for the parts but unless you have a Dremel tool and want to spend 30 minutes grinding and fitting... don't buy this item.

I like the solid QD mounting point that this product provides. Too many times with serious use/abuse, the QD mounts in my Plastic Buttstocks have come loose. With my Castle Nut Staked, this QD Mounting point will not fail.
