By eliminating contact between the handguard and barrel, it allows the barrel to harmonize freely for tighter, more consistent groups. Remington handguards feature full-length or sectional Picatinny/M-LOK/KeyMod attachment points for lights, lasers, grips, and other accessories. Slim profile keeps the overall package lightweight and easy to maneuver.
