I have average-sized hands, and the UTG Pro AR15 Ambidextrous Pistol Grip fits perfectly—whether I’m using it as-is or with wrapped grips and friction tape for extra grip. The FDE coloring is right on par with standard industry OEM specs, and the overall quality is impressive. One feature I particularly appreciate is the traditional grip angle, which makes my AR feel notably more comfortable to hold and shoot. The integrated storage compartment is a bonus for those who need a little extra utility, though I did find it a bit challenging to open. Even so, the compartment adds a functional touch that I can grow to love over time. Having purchased this grip for the fourth time, I can confidently say that its durability, excellent fitment (even with my large gloves), and attractive price point make it a must-have for my builds. I did install it on a .22 cal AR platform, and with a minor modification—trimming the tab above the top finger mold and drilling a second hole beside the existing one—it mounts perfectly. This minor task is manageable for anyone who enjoys modding their rifles. The grip’s rubber texture and thoughtfully designed finger molds not only enhance comfort but also ensure a secure hold during extended shooting sessions. I’m extremely happy with the UTG Pro AR15 Ambidextrous Pistol Grip and would definitely buy it again.
